GSP Retreat
The annual Genome Stability Program Retreat was held this year at the beautiful Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, which proved to be a beautiful backdrop for some wonderful talks from a selection of our group’s labs. The topics ranged from DNA repair to replication fork stability to epigenetics and translational studies. The symposium boasted not one but three invited keynote speakers: Tanya Paull from UT Austin; Jacob Stewart-Ornstein, a former GSP faculty member and current scientist at Prime Medicine; and George-Lucian Moldovan, a professor at Penn State College of Medicine. Thank you to all for sharing your science in such a renowned venue in Pittsburgh.
